Eligibility criteria
  • Open to residents in general surgery (both M.S. and DNB candidates) and young surgeons less than 3 years of completion of residency from all medical colleges affiliated to RGUHS in Bangalore.

  • Must demonstrate a tangible innovation with the potential for real-world application.

  • Can apply individually or as a team (max 2 members).

Submission Requirements

  1. Innovation Proposal (4-5 pages): Detailed description, problem addressed, impact, and implementation feasibility.

  2. Prototype Demonstration (if applicable): Video or images showing functionality.

  3. Supporting Data or Research (if available): Clinical evidence, patient outcomes, or feasibility study.

  4. Personal Statement (Max 500 words): Why this innovation matters and its potential
